1.1 Age Requirement

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on jitwen, you must provide accurate and truthful information. jitwen reserves the right to cancel the account and confiscate funds if false information is provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, jitwen may request identity verification documents at any time. Documents typically required:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. Notify jitwen support immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.1 Deposit Policy

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the associated jitwen account may come under investigation.
• No fee is charged on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• No transaction of less than ৳200 will be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• For large withdrawals, additional verification may be required if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳18,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000 (bonus capped at ৳8,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawal.

4.3 Other Promotions

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

4.4 VIP Program

jitwen's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and receive cashback every week:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jitwen follows a "Fair Play" policy. All our games are sourced from trusted software providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is completely independent and not predetermined.

5.2 Game Outcomes

• The results of all games are final and cannot be changed after the game has ended.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round is generally refunded.

5.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• The bet amount must be available in the account before the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For live betting, odds may change in real time and will not be finalised until the bet is confirmed.

5.4 Technical Issues

jitwen is not liable for internet disconnections or device issues. You are advised to ensure a reliable connection before playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitwen platform:

6.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Using any kind of software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding or coordinating with other players in a game.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

6.2 Money Laundering

• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jitwen is required to notify the relevant authorities.

6.3 Account Sharing

9.3 Funds After Closure

Under normal circumstances, withdrawable funds will be returned after account closure. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

While jitwen strives to keep the platform available 24/7, it may occasionally experience temporary disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. jitwen is not responsible for any losses arising from such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Software

10.3 Gaming Losses
